Welcoming Brian Noyes to DI
August 8, 2016

I’m pleased to announce that Brian Noyes joins us today as an Executive Vice President after a brief but much-needed vacation following his role as Director of External Affairs for the 2016 Republican National Convention (RNC).
For the RNC, Brian was the primary liaison between the convention and elected officials, foreign dignitaries, business organizations and other associations – not an easy task. He also previously held senior positions during both the 2000 and 2004 presidential campaigns for former President George W. Bush.
In addition to his years of experience in the political realm, Brian is a seasoned strategic communicator with a grassroots background. Before joining the RNC, he was the Executive Director of Strategy and Communication at the U.S. Chamber’s Global Intellectual Property Center where he handled strategic planning, third-party outreach, message development and thought leadership. He also spent seven years running Brock Clay Government and Public Affairs in Georgia, focusing on clients including Kaiser Permanente, Retail Industry Leaders Association and CW Matthews.
As someone who understands advocacy on every level, Brian will be a great addition to DI. You can read more about Brian in this PRWeek profile that ran about him last week. Please join me in welcoming Brian to the team!
