Baylee Bowers is an Account Supervisor at Direct Impact. She leverages her experience in both the private and government sectors, along with her expertise in media relations, public affairs, crisis communications, marketing, corporate social responsibility, and strategic communications, to deliver impactful results for clients. Baylee has a proven track record of navigating reputational risks and enhancing brand management during critical moments.
Prior to joining Direct Impact, Baylee worked as a public affairs federal contractor for the Department of Energy and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She also gained experience at a D.C. public relations agency, supporting strategic communications campaigns for clients in various sectors, including energy, technology, consumer brands, travel, transportation, non-profit organizations, and embassies. In her free time, Baylee works and travels the world as a flight attendant for a major U.S. airline.
Baylee holds a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and communication from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
